Briarcliff Beach House
Seattle, WA
Tucked along the Magnolia shoreline, this serene cottage captures the spirit of Northwest beach living. Once a timeworn boathouse, the home was reimagined by Charlie and team into a calm, elegant retreat. The renovation bridges old and new, with a reconfigured kitchen that maximizes space and features resilient, refined materials suited to entertaining. Southwest exposure fills the interiors with light, while thoughtfully layered window treatments provide balance. Outdoor areas were designed with the same care as the interiors, extending the living experience to the sand and sea. With just two bedrooms, the home lives remarkably well—inviting quiet moments, breezy gatherings, and a strong sense of place.
