In Belltown, a full redevelopment of a 1920s timber-and-masonry building culminates in a stunning penthouse addition—redefining what flexible office space can be. Designed in collaboration with Graham Baba Architects, the space balances refined functionality with residential warmth, inviting guests to feel more like visitors than occupants. Framed by views of Elliott Bay and the Olympics, the interiors offer quiet Pacific Northwest elegance, ideal for daytime meetings and easily transitioning into evening events. A jewel box kitchen, ambient lighting, and ample seating make entertaining seamless. At its heart: a custom-designed rug inspired by Kingfisher feathers—an iridescent centerpiece that speaks to the project’s thoughtful artistry. The result is a workplace as beautiful as it is adaptable, made to gather, celebrate, and inspire.
