clyde hill, WA
Charlie transformed this once-unassuming Northwest contemporary into a warm, artful expression of its globe-trotting owners. Designed for entertaining and reflection, the home now frames expansive territorial views and an ever-evolving art collection through a restrained, neutral palette. Clean architectural lines of steel, stone, and acrylic meet soft, storied textures—like cozy sheepskin, bog oak, and a bespoke botanical headboard by couture embroidery studio Vastra Kala. Function is elevated throughout: motorized valances invite seamless indoor-outdoor flow, while layered window treatments echo the rhythms of clouds and mountains beyond. The result is a refined, deeply personal home that celebrates where they live, how they live, and the beauty they bring into it.
